I brought my Mercedes-Benz GLC300 here after a collision that left the side of the car with significant dents and paint scrapes. I am thrilled to say they restored it perfectly to its original state. The entire team—from the manager, Kelvin, to the office staff, Jing—was very professional and incredibly helpful. They took the lead on the insurance process, providing accurate estimates and handling the back-and-forth communication seamlessly. As for the work itself, the technicians and paint crew are truly MASTERS of their craft; the 'damaged' side now looks almost BRAND NEW. I drove away completely satisfied and highly recommend this shop for anyone who cares about HIGH-QUALITY repairs.

The go-to body shop in Orange County. Work is impeccable, management is communicative and they beat deadlines! It’s incredibly challenging to find body shops that don’t delay. So happy with my experience here and will always come back.

I had an excellent experience with Advanced Collision Engineering. From start to finish, Christian was professional and honest. Christian took the time to walk me through the repairs my car needed and provided a clear estimate. The quality of their work is truly outstanding—my car looks brand new, and you’d never guess it had any damage. Their attention to detail is mindblowing. My car had scrapes and the paint work they've done is truly amazing. I highly recommend Advanced Collision Engineering to anyone in need of collision repair or bodywork. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers top-quality work, full transparency, and exceptional customer service all at once. A true 5-star experience from beginning to end!

Two weeks ago I drop my car at ACE for repair after a collision , and honestly, their service blew me away! everything was ultra-professional and lightning-fast. When I got my car back, it looked shinier than the day I drove it off the dealership. In all my years of car ownership, I’ve never seen a repair shop pour this much detail into their work. Highly recommend!
